				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pitching the Games as ‘not not only the greatest sporting event in the world, but also the biggest corporate networking event’, The Training Gateway and the National Centre for Entrepreneurship in Education (NCEE), along with UK Trade and Investment and the University of York, are running an entrepreneur competition for university students across the country.</p>
<p>It is calling for brand new business ideas inspired by and based around the opportunities created by London 2012 and winners will have the chance to showcase their strategies at a Dragons’ Den event, as well as participating in an exhibition during the Games.</p>

<p>The Olympic Delivery Authority is looking for an experienced artist or arts organisation to manage and deliver a programme of artist-led community engagement. The position will support the commissioning of a commemorative landmark for Woolwich at the Royal Artillery Barracks to commemorate the role the RAB site played in hosting the London2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.</p>

<p>With Phase Two of the Olympic Delivery Authority (<a title="Olympic Delivery Authority page - London 2012 website" href="http://www.london-2012.co.uk/ODA/" target="_blank">ODA</a>) Inside/Out programme now on, two opportunities have arisen to manage and deliver high quality artist-led temporary commissions and participatory projects focused around the edges of the Olympic Park site in East London.</p>
<p>After the <a title="Memory Marathon project - Facebook" href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Memory-Marathon/275744945867?v=wall#!/pages/Memory-Marathon/275744945867?v=info" target="_blank">Memory Marathon film</a> completed in Phase One, a second project will be commissioned to be completed at the end of 2011.</p>
<p>The second opportunity is a 16 month artist residency at the ODA, which will be developed alongside the Inside/Out project.</p>

<p>LOCOG is looking to procure venues in London to host workforce training events, which will be held from January 2012 until mid July 2012.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px;margin-right: 0px;margin-bottom: 1.5em;margin-left: 0px;font-size: 13px;vertical-align: baseline;background-color: transparent;padding: 0px;border: 0px initial initial">Venues must have good transport links and be DDA compliant.The majority of rooms will need to be able to cater for a classroom based session however, there may be some rooms which require an open space format. You need to be able to provide all the rooms for the time period. Computer based training may also be required.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px;margin-right: 0px;margin-bottom: 1.5em;margin-left: 0px;font-size: 13px;vertical-align: baseline;background-color: transparent;padding: 0px;border: 0px initial initial">All training rooms will need technical and admin support incorporating basic training materials. <p>5,000 members of the world&#8217;s press, 12,000 broadcasters and a workforce team in excess of 5,000 are expected to be in London during the Games.</p>
