Be a Freelance Reporter or Press Assistant for Podium – deadline Friday 24th February
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Podium. London 2012’s Further and Higher Education Unit are looking to recruit three Freelance Reporters and one Press Office Assistant to help report London 2012 stories from across Britain’s colleges and universities. Successful candidates will write, blog and create video content for Podium’s publications and website.
The three reporters will be offered an initial one month contract at £100 per week to produce at least four articles – with a view to extending this contract up until and throughout the Olympic Games.
The Press Office Assistant will be employed for four months from 16th April and tasked with helping to research FE and HE Games-related news and managing the news agenda, travel and logistics for the freelance reporters.
