SOME baulk at challenging projects, but two London College of Communication Graphic and Media Design graduates leapt at the chance to create an exhibition that would stretch the mind of even the most experienced conceptual thinker.
Nathan Gotlib and Helyn Gulley teamed up with Royal National Institute for the Blind’s (RNIB) Matt Winyard to create an exhibition accessible to blind and partially sighted people.
Submissions to the curators included many from LCC students and staff.
The artists have worked with a range of media to create a multi-sensory show that challenges the traditionally held view of the interaction between audience and exhibition.
It runs from August 17-25 2012 at the Bermondsey Project Gallery, which is a partnership project between Crisis, the national charity for single homeless people, and Bow Arts.
The exhibition is open Thursday to Sunday 1-6pm.
