BA Graphic and Media Design graduate Oliver Binnian has been comissioned by Selfridges to create two paintings for their VIP services area.

The commission came about whilst Oliver was working as part of the Visual Projects team at Selfridges. He explains, “we were re-doing the VIP services area and needed some artwork for the walls, I showed a few samples of my work and was consequently commissioned to create two paintings.”

The paintings are acrylic, spray paint and emulsion on canvas. Oliver is now now working on a project to redesign fashion magazine, Hard, while organising an exhibition for the London Design Festival and doing some identity work for the events company, ‘Cuckoo.’
