Students from BA Photography, Photojournalism, Book Arts & Design, Film & Television and Sound Arts & Design at LCC are making final preparations to their end of year show ‘Inside Out’ which opens with a private viewing at LCC’s Elephant & Castle campus tomorrow from 6pm.
Original, innovative and inspiring work produced by more than 100 students across the College will feature in the show, which is open to the public and free of charge from Friday 3 until Wednesday 8 June.
Professor Sandra Kemp, Head of College, says: “This year’s show has strong and startling work, with students in specialist fields (photography, sound, film) crossing into other media, leading the current movement towards convergence and the radical new forms and styles resulting from this.”
Below we have documented the week’s preparation as the students build-up to tomorrow’s big opening along with info on where to find your course of interest.

Last but by no means least, those interested in film can see ten short films made by our talented BA Film & Television students in the Podium Lecture Theatre, screenings begin at 7pm. We’ve been reliably informed that films to look out for are ‘Gun Dog’, ‘Replica’ and ‘Predella.’ Below is the brilliant trailer previewing all ten films.
In the meantime, we’ll do our best to keep you up to date on all the latest show news via the #lccra hastag on our Twitter account @LCCLondon. And don’t forget to look out for the Shop (turn right as you enter LCC and keep walking past the multi-coloured chairs) where we’ll be selling student work and Round About Ts!
