We have had an update that UAL printing is back on line. A work-around has been setup to allow printing to recommence. If you are using a UAL computer you may need to restart this in order to get the fix to work for you.

IT and our supplier continue to look at the problems that have disrupted the service, to identify the cause and prevent this from happening again. On behalf of UAL we are sorry for the issues and the knock-on effect his may have had.
