Library Services achieved Customer Service Excellence accreditation last July 2016.  We had our annual check in June 2017, and are pleased to say we have improved our services, with four areas of outstanding achievement for:

  • Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of service delivery.
  • Staff actively promoting and participating in the customer focused culture of our organisation.
  • Staff’s insight and experience is incorporated into internal processes, policy development and service planning.
  • Making sure our customers have received and understood the information we provide.
