Last year, LCF Social Responsibility and the Centre for Fashion Curation commissioned Cabinet Stories – a specially designed cabinet to host a series of small exhibitions/installations, being taken to audiences who cannot usually access museum displays.

It launched at a London-based women’s prison and went on to appear at two more locations: the East London NHS Foundation Trust – a facility for patients with borderline personality disorders, and Silk Court home for the elderly in Bethnal Green. After which it went on to being exhibited at the Emmaus Greenwich Poplar shop. Find out more about it in this short film featuring the curators who worked on it, and some members of the communities involved.
