Graduates launch slow fashion label

Carry On Closet is the result of a collaborative project between two students from the London College of Fashion: Renée Lacroix (MA Fashion and the Environment) and Zahra Ash-Harper (MA Fashion Entrepreneurship). Together they founded Antithesis, a multi-functional womenswear fashion label with ethical intentions. Since graduating in December, they have been working together on the launch of their first collection, which is planned for Fall 2012.

Antithesis offer a reliable alternative to throwaway fashions, we use locally sourced materials to create home-made garments while still ensuring each piece is innovatively designed.

As a slow fashion brand each part of the collection is timeless with the potential to be reworked and worn regardless of time, day or season. The durable quality and thoughtfully designed garments encourage conscious consumption and support the lifestyle of a modern woman and the commuting professional.
