Vauxhall Fashion Scout picks alumni as Ones to Watch

This week, Vauxhall Fashion Scout, the internationally renowned graduate design talent platform has announced a whole host of talented LCF alumni designers are to showcase their latest collections as part of their ongoing initiative to support, nurture and break new design talent into the fashion industry.

Announced as ONES TO WATCH for SS13 and presenting in September are Charlotte Simpson, Hana Cha and Ming Pin Tien, all of whom graduated from MA Fashion Design Technology: Womenswear in February 2012, showing their final collections on the catwalk at the annual MA catwalk show, where Cha was announced as the winner of the Womenswear Collection of the Year award.

These three designers will present their latest designs to fashion press and industry at a catwalk show at London Fashion Week in September with the schedule to be announced.

Also announced as showing in the exhibition part of the talent platform is Taeseok Kang, a graduate from MA Fashion Artefact in 2012, Lulu Liu from BA Fashion Design Technology: Womenswear and Jennifer Morris, an 2011 graduate from MA Fashion Design Technology: Womenswear. Charlotte, Hana and Ming Pin will also be showcasing their work at the exhibition to press and buyers alike.

These designers join a whole cohort of LCF graduates, who have gone on to be snapped up by Vauxhall Fashion Scout, most recently including Joseph Turvey, Christina Hamilton, Nova Chiu, Baartmans and Siegel, Asger Juel Larson, Ada Zanditon and William Tempest to name a few.
