‘Nice to see you…’: Bruce Forsyth emerges from his box.

The LCF marketing team unveil the first entries for the ‘Design a Puppet’ competition. Students from schools across the country have been invited to submit their puppet design ideas. First prize is a puppetry workshop run by LCF technical effects staff.

Update: Judges Jessica Bugg and Caroline Gardener from BA (Hons) Technical Effects for Performance start viewing all the entries for the Designer Puppet Competition with winners and runners up due to be announced by post next week.
These are great! Really looking forward to the rest of the entries. We didn’t put the picture of the Victoria Beckham and Simon Cowell one up though!
Yes – these are great – all the entries so far have been really inspired. With a wide range of characters and styles. Bruce deserves a ‘Brucie Bonus’ !

We had a great response to this competition with the Schools putting in such a great effort. We will be formally announcing the winners next week and inviting them down to LCF for a puppet workshop.
