Today we catch up with Véronique Le Roy, teacher, owner of an accessories brand, Screen printing enthusiast and former short course student, about her time at Central Saint Martins on our Silkscreen Printing course.

What is your name and where are you from?

I’m Véronique Le Roy and I’m from Switzerland.

What is your occupation?

I work as a Teacher in vocational studies.

What course did you study on and why did you choose it?

I took the Silkscreen Printing course at Central Saint Martins to learn new techniques of printing, especially on fabric.

What did you enjoy most about your course?

The experimenting process and the teacher, who was amazing.

How has this course benefitted your career and personal development?

I own a small brand – DE FILLES EN AIGUILLES – of accessories (scarves, hats, etc.) and this course will help me to develop new textile prints.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about taking a short course at Central Saint Martins?

That the choice is incredible and the teachers are REALLY good.
