Ken Livingstone visits Camberwell College of Arts

On Monday morning Labour’s London Mayoral candidate Ken Livingstone and Val Shawcross AM (Assembly Member), prospective Deputy Mayor and Chair of Transport for London made an impromptu visit to Camberwell College of Arts. The visit was organised via the GMB Union and formed part of Labour’s last few days of canvassing for votes.

Mr Livingstone and his party met students and staff and visited the Printmaking workshops and Illustration studios. The party convened in the canteen and answered questions from students and staff, ranging from building and environmental policies as well as transport concerns.

The London Mayoral elections took place on Thursday 3 May 2012.
