New Gallery Opening: Block 336

Camberwell College of Arts BA (Hons) Drawing alumna, Lucie Pardue, is one of a number of artists involved in setting up a new gallery and project space in Brixton, Block 336.

Block 336, the new artist-led gallery, now announces its inaugural exhibition ’1′. The show ’1′ will feature work from the five Block 336 resident artists and eight invited artists, who work in the fields of drawing, painting, film and sculpture.

Block 336 will be a platform for emerging and established artists who work across a range of disciplines. As a not-for-profit organisation Block 336 will promote engagement and critical discussion of contemporary art and ideas through its programme of exhibitions and events. Block 336 is also partnering with local charities and other institutions to offer their ‘Access to Art’ programme.

Exhibition Dates: 24th March to 13th April 2012.
