Modern Movement 2011

Camberwell’s BA 3D Design students will be involved in a number of events over the Easter period.

First up is the Modern Movement Design Festival. The festival takes place at Brockwell Lido on Saturday 30 April – Sunday 1 May.

Time Out says - ’this interiors fair sets up at an attractive location around the 1930s pool, where stalls will be selling furniture, textiles, rugs, ceramics, glass, jewellery and clothes from the 1920s to the 1970s. Also on offer are family activities organised by students from Camberwell College of Arts, and a barbecue by the pool.’

For more information visit the Brockwell Lido website.

Next up our BA 3D Design students are also involved in the Dulwich Festival Open House, which takes place across the weekends of the 7 – 8 and 14 – 15 May.

‘Students will be exhibiting their submissions for The Worshipful Company of Pewters competition. The project is a collaboration between A.R Wentworths of Sheffield and BA 3D Design students from Camberwell.’

The students will be showing on the first weekend, the 7 – 8 May at 182-184 Court Lane, London, SE21.
